Texas Responders, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Its purpose is to help raise money in support of the "all volunteer" State Militia (Texas State Guard (TXSG)), which is one of three military components of TX Joint Military Forces.

"The Texas Responders has recently been established to suport the State Defense Militia System specifically, The Texas State Guard (TXSG). The TXSG is made up of men and women 17 or over and is an active arm of the State Military Forces of Texas. The TXSG is an all-volunteer organization which is part of the solution regarding Homeland Security (which is the number one mission), followed by disaster response (2005 hurricanes Katrina, Rita & Wilma), community service and other missions respectively. The TXSG receives many mission requests due to its exemplary performance and it is considered a highly respected and decorated organization. The TXSG has helped many families in the State of Texas during times of need and has worked with various governmental agencies in collaborative efforts geared towards helping others. The TXSG and the Texas Responders strive in providing comprehensive assistance to the poor and needy including transportation, emergency food, medicine, housing and clothing during disaster relief efforts and on many other occaisions.",
